Impressive lightness The Avantgarde DV impresses with its light weight. But this does not mean it has lost any of its proven advantages. The Avantgarde DV’s removable and swing-away leg supports let you drive up close to objects. The leg supports can be folded in or out for this purpose. Removing the leg supports also makes self-propulsion possible.

We have continually developed the classic drive system for our Ottobock power wheelchairs: the result is the best traction and enhanced safety, even at higher speeds. Furthermore, the rear-wheel drive offers numerous variations when it comes to speed and features, and the design also permits optimum force distribution on various surfaces. Thanks to its directional stability, the B6 RWD with rear-wheel drive is ideally suited for outdoor use and is easy for most users to learn.

Xenon² Dual lightweight wheelchair has a reinforced fixed-front frame to provide maximum rigidity, efficient driving performance and an increased maximum user weight of 140 kg. The weight of the options has been optimised and the models further developed without giving up proven features. In addition to its low weight, the Avantgarde DS stands out for its extremely small folding size. At the same time, it offers active wheelchair users numerous options. With its compact design and integrated leg supports, the Avantgarde DS has the lowest net weight in the Avantgarde series

The B6FWD can easily overcome obstacles such as curbs thanks to its large drive wheels. It also offers you good transfer possibilities and a high degree of maneuverability. The wheelchair has a relatively small turning radius with a usual 90° motion and the ability to drive especially close to objects such as furniture or desks.

The Light Drive can be used by nearly all wheelchair users. It turns your manual wheelchair into an ultra-light, high-performance electric wheelchair in a matter of seconds.

The Light Drive is controlled with a joystick and yet remains as manoeuvrable and as easy to use as a manual chair. By releasing the clutch you can free wheel giving you the freedom to choose when to use it.

Installed in about 20 seconds, the speed is controlled with a twisting accelerator handle mounted on one of the rear handles. Safety is improved as the Light Assist holds the chair back when going downhill.
