Otto Bock Start M4 XXL Lightweight Folding Wheelchair. Designed to be the more robust of the lightweight models with its sturdy double crossbrace and reinforced rear wheels it can carry up to 160kg and withstand extreme stress and strain. Optional back stabiliser bar improves stability and can be swung out of the way for folding. Comes in seat size 50.5cm, 55.5cm, 58cm. ISO 7176-19 approved. Maximum user weight 160kg

The B6FWD can easily overcome obstacles such as curbs thanks to its large drive wheels. It also offers you good transfer possibilities and a high degree of maneuverability. The wheelchair has a relatively small turning radius with a usual 90° motion and the ability to drive especially close to objects such as furniture or desks.

The weight of the options has been optimised and the models further developed without giving up proven features. he Start M3 Hemi is particularly well suited for stroke patients with hemiplegia. Its wider foot space combined with the low anterior seat height makes propulsion by "toddling" with the feet on the floor easier.

What's more, the Start M3 Hemi can be individually equipped – to meet the special requirements in case of hemiplegia even better.

We have continually developed the classic drive system for our Ottobock power wheelchairs: the result is the best traction and enhanced safety, even at higher speeds. Furthermore, the rear-wheel drive offers numerous variations when it comes to speed and features, and the design also permits optimum force distribution on various surfaces. Thanks to its directional stability, the B6 RWD with rear-wheel drive is ideally suited for outdoor use and is easy for most users to learn.

Impressive lightness The Avantgarde DV impresses with its light weight. But this does not mean it has lost any of its proven advantages. The Avantgarde DV’s removable and swing-away leg supports let you drive up close to objects. The leg supports can be folded in or out for this purpose. Removing the leg supports also makes self-propulsion possible.
