  1. Spex Cane Mount Lateral Hardware

    Cane mount lateral bracket attaches directly to the wheelchair canes. Fits to 25mm diameter round tubing, and attaches to either the Spex swing-away lateral bracket or the Spex Axial swing-away lateral bracket. Doesn’t mount to the wheelchair back support which means that the lateral is completely independent of the back support.

  3. Spex Quick-Release Lateral Trunk Support

    Easily removable lateral support for transfers and other temporary removal situations such as sport.

    The latest design in Spex lateral support hardware features a Quick-Release mechanism, ideal for users who wish to easily remove their lateral support for transfers and other situations where laterals temporarily require removal from the wheelchair. Simple lever mechanism can be released by either user or carer. Available in a range of depth sizes to fit varying back support upholstery thicknesses, the Quick-Release hardware can be fitted to any of the Spex lateral trunk support pads. A locking pin provided for use in transport and to prevent unintentional release of the support.

    Supporting surface of each lateral pad includes a layer of pressure-relieving foam for additional protection and comfort.

  6. Spex Centrepoint Shoulder Harness

    The Spex Centrepoint Harness is a very popular anterior harness option for both male and female wheelchair users featuring excellent adjustment, superior support, and a comfortable pad design. With a curved pad construction and unique shape, it is designed to follow natural contours of the body making this a very comfortable option and provides superior support for most wheelchair users. It’s support pad shape also means that it has clearance for stomach feeding tubes and other supports. The Centrepoint’s soft padded neoprene support surface, provides superior comfort for the user. The high-quality neoprene material offers the perfect amount of stretch to allow the user to move within the support and remain functional.
