The Dreamline S3 Back Support provides full height, width back support for less active users who require more external support. Full length channels in the back support shell enable easy attachment of external adjustable trunk lateral supports and multiple holes throughout the shell for harnesses, headrest & other complex supports. When used with the BAC system this backrest easily encompasses asymmetrical body shapes which may arise through kyphosis, lordosis & scoliosis. The soft cross-cut profile of the foam inner helps with deep immersion comfort.
