The Fusion features contoured foam based constructed from closed cell foam. The Fusion features a dual-cover system. The inner cover is water-resistant and easy to wipe off protecting the foam base from fluids. The machine-washable, stretch outer cover reduces surface tension and utilizes naturally anti-microbial, silver-impregnated X-static® fiber. This cushion offers an optimal environment for individuals with skin/soft tissue integrity issues.

The cellular design and the soft pliable material allow the individual to be immersed into the cushion for maximum pressure redistribution, while decreasing friction and shear.
