Weight is dispersed from ischials to the femural trochantors through the inbuilt trochanteric shelf support. A gentle curvature from front to rear of the cushion helps to encourage a neutral pelvis tilt, reduce pressure on the coccyx & encourage blood flow to the lower legs & feet. An extended length coccyx cut-out can also be more comfortable for males with enlarged prostrates. The Visco-elastic foam mooulds to the user to further enhance immersion.
